Resumen:   My current research focuses on teaching poetic translation in exolingual university language classes. Translation implies working on poetic texts as vehicle for information. This information necessarily goes beyond the language framework and includes other human sciences. Based on theses hypotheses literary translation is considered as a creative operation which would meet the readability criteria of any type of literature.
